After what seems like months here’s the final rundown of mine and Alex’s Doritos Dodgeball campaign.
But for those of you who want more, here are the details…
After building the machines in Italy we released an online video and the cannon schematics to build excitement among the maddening hordes of Facebook and Bebo.
We also teamed up with Bebo's flagship show B-Box to promote our Dodgeball Challenge. Three separate episodes of this magazine style show each received around 4m viewings.
This testing video wasn't part of the campaign, but I do love it.
Then on 1 May our Doritos Dodgeball site went live.

Throughout it all we kept Facebook and Bebo up to date with all the Dodgeball news.
By the end of May we’d found our champions – The Leeds Hawkeyes. So off we went to Las Vegas for a World Championship showdown with The San Diego Crossfire.
Frankly, our boys got whipped... Not that they seemed to mind.
Oh, and of course throughout it all we were offering the public the chance to win trips to Vegas for the big match.
